Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant franchise laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD).
- Maintain accurate records of all franchise candidate communications and development activities in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably franchise, including multi-unit sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Must be based in the East Coast region (VA, DC, NC, SC, GA, PA, MD, DE, OH, WV, KY, TN, IN).
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and account management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage CRM systems.
- Must be proficient in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential, along with being a team player.
